In four, six, and 13-day programs, Cooper Wellness Program is dedicated to helping its participants create healthier lifestyles. Cooper Wellness Program is located on the 30-acre Dallas campus of The Cooper Aerobics Center. Physician and author Kenneth Cooper, M.D., M.P.H, developed this lifestyle enhancement, behavior modification medical spa.

Each participant receives a personalized plan that includes fitness and exercise, nutrition and weight loss, and stress management. Each person works with a personal trainer, experiences diversified exercise classes, learns how to 'dine out,' is coached in behavior modification, and attends preventive medicine workshops and cooking schools. Health and fitness research and practical how-to discussions are provided in workshops and lectures.

A registered dietician monitors the fat and calorie contents of each meal and shows participants how to prepare easy, heart-healthy meals at home.

While at Cooper Wellness Program, guests stay at Cooper Guest Lodge, which is located on the campus. The luxurious rooms are designed to achieve a calming effect and feature private balconies. In addition, guests can take advantage of the Mediterranean-style day spa that offers many stress-relieving treatments. Each participant also has access to a 40,000-square-foot fitness center.
